Funders can't check the numbers in an annual report. Journalists have no independent source to cite. Volunteer coaches have nothing permanent to show for hundreds of hours given.

A registry administrator manually reviews it

Log hours, beneficiaries and outcomes
A final report and certificate go public
Membership in a coaching federation is welcome — but never required.
